描述：

Recombinant human LAG3 protein aa 1-450 was produced in mammalian cells with C-terminal His-DYK tag. The theoretical molecular weight of recombinant LAG3 is 47.7 kDa. Purified LAG3 protein is near the position of 55 kDa on SDS-PAGE gel under reduced condition.
LAG3 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
