Lymphocyte Separation Medium, Ficoll-Paque is a ready to use, sterile medium for isolation of lymphocytes in high yield from peripheral blood using a simple and rapid centrifugation procedure. It maintains the viability and a representative distribution of B and T lymphocytes.
