| 描述 | Ebelactone B is an effective inhibitor of Pancreatic Lipase that is derived from Streptomyces aburaviensis. Additionally, Ebelactone B can inhibit the hydrolysis of bradykinin and angiotensin (angiotensin I) through serine carboxypeptidase Y-like enzymes. Studies show that Ebelactone B can suppress plaet aggregation in renovascular hypertensive rat cells. Research demonstrates that Ebelactone B can decrease blood pressure of BN-Ki rats and inhibit cathepsin A (carboxypeptidase Y-like kininase (CPY)) in their urine. It has been reported that Ebelactone B can inhibit deamidase activity and demethylation of endogenous rod outer segment (ROS) membrane substrates. Ebelactone B is an inhibitor of Aminopeptidase. |
